• Time scheduled amounts of work (50 min on) with scheduled amounts of play (10 minutes off)
• Celebrate in BIG ways even the smallest completeness
• Ask for help, barter or pay for things that someone else can do better than you
• Determine a start time and an end time to your work day…and stick to it!
• Take things off of your TO DO LIST that don’t really have to be done (what is the worst that could happen?)
• Stay connected to the people, activities and things you love (this will actually enhance the work that you do!)

HOW WORKING WITH ME WILL ALLOW YOU TO FEEL BETTER SOONER THAN LATER:

This is a time when you get to be a hero in your own life. There will be all sorts of adventures that lie ahead as you journey towards really living your life. Some will exhilarate and excite you…others may overwhelm and exhaust you. I will be there to work with you in ways that will efficiently and effectively allow you to continually move forward while maintaining and enjoying balance in your life.
